If used properly, these tools can be effective for large construction projects using any form of cost plus (or T&M)contracts involving the rental of large pieces of contractor owned equipment and/or the rental of large pieces of equipment rented from third parties. These types of web cams can also supplement the daily logs that are maintained by various project representatives.
