Tariffs are coming! And this can lead to rapid escalation that will be reflected in project costs. Steel, aluminum, lumber, and glass are just some of the materials that could be subject to escalation. This webinar is here to help Owners proactively address tariffs (and other price escalation/de-escalation unknowns) in all stages of construction including the bidding process, during construction, and project closeout. With the economic environment changing daily, our goal is to give your organization the valuable tools it needs to be ready to face the idea of potential tariffs and economic unknowns.

Contractors and their attorneys are already talking about how they are going to be addressing potential increases in costs due to tariffs and levies. This webinar presents strategies to proactively mitigate the potential increases in costs due to contractor requests for contract price adjustments due to tariffs and levies.

Instructors Ashley Humphries and Rich Townsend are ready to equip you with contract language and management processes that will help ensure that all parties will be treated fairly and mitigate risks of being overcharged.

This will be a webinar you will not want to miss!
