A "Free" Membership to our Construction Audit & Cost Control Institute is available to: 

1. any R. L. Townsend & Associates, Inc. consulting customer 
2. any Courtenay Thompson & Associates training customer
3. any Owner organization representatives who have previously attended a seminar or conference presentation by Rich Townsend or Courtenay Thompson
4. any individual interested in attending one of our Construction Audit & Cost Control Institute seminars
5. any member of the National Association of Construction Auditors

If you are eligible and would like to register for your free membership:

1. Go to Member Registration page and enter the information in the spaces provided. 
2. When you get to the page with the option for payment enter the following promotion code:  CAACCI
3. Choose your user name and assign yourself a confidential password.
4. You will receive an e-mail confirming your log-in user name and password.  

If you are not eligible for a free membership, the annual membership fee is $250.  You may pay for the annual membership via credit card when you follow the membership registration links in this website.    (Note:  If you become a member by paying the $250 annual membership fee, you will be eligible for a refund of your annual membership fee if you register for one of our public offering seminars during the year that your membership fee is paid.)
